While often asked to quote on projects without a formal creative brief, discovery process, unclear specifications and expectations, we will not do so under any circumsances.

Estimates
Since (as stated above) we will not to provide quotes without a good understanding of the project, we also will not estimate on how long something will take to complete under those same conditions.
Time estimates are generally dependant on what the project requires and how busy we are. There’s only so much we can do while still trying to exist and be inspired to continue. It’s hard to hear that but we like to be as open and honest with our clients as possible. That’s our two cents on the matter of quoting and estimates.

Wishingline Design Studio, Inc. charges GST and PST as required by law for Canadian clients and remits tax collected to the government. If your project will be PST exempt, please provide us with your PST exemption number which will be indicated on all invoices.
† Our hourly rates are the same for all design services: Logos/Icons, Templates, Websites and any Print-related work. Presentation and training services must be quoted individually based on preparation time and needs analysis information.
